Welcome to Likajet Delivery (“Likajet,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using the Likajet mobile application (“App”) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
“App” means the Likajet Delivery mobile application.
“User” refers to any individual who downloads, registers, or uses the App.
“Customer” means a User who places an order for delivery.
“Driver/Partner” means a User who registers to deliver orders on behalf of Likajet.
“Merchant” means a business or individual offering goods for sale through Likajet.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Likajet provides a platform that connects Customers, Merchants, and Drivers to facilitate delivery of goods and services. Likajet is not the seller of goods but acts as an intermediary technology provider.
You must create an account to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Customers may place orders via the App from participating Merchants.
All payments must be made through the App’s secure payment system.
Prices, delivery fees, and service charges will be displayed before checkout.
Payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law or at Likajet’s discretion.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
Likajet and its Drivers will make reasonable efforts to complete deliveries promptly.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or unavailability, charges may still apply.
Drivers must hold valid licenses, insurance, and comply with local laws.
Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Likajet.
Likajet is not responsible for accidents, damages, or liabilities incurred by Drivers.
Drivers agree to treat Customers and Merchants with respect and professionalism.
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of menu, pricing, and product details.
Merchants must ensure that all goods meet safety, health, and quality standards.
Likajet is not liable for product defects or misrepresentation.
Customers may cancel orders within a limited time before preparation begins.
Once an order is in progress, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
You agree not to:
Use the App for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operations.
Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or exploit the App’s technology.
Likajet provides the platform “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not liable for delays, damages, losses, or issues caused by Merchants, Drivers, or external factors.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
Your personal data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such practices.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any activity harmful to the platform, its Users, or the public.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Massachusetts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
